'I found a part of myself I thought I'd lost forever' says Aylesbury bodybuilder after return to stage at 55

It has been a long time since I contacted The Bucks Herald, the local paper has always put stories of my achievements and reported on the fact my gym had to close down during the Covid-19 lockdown. As most will know, I used to own Body Flex Gym in Aylesbury for almost 25 years, until the pandemic sadly brought that chapter of my life to an end.
