Macron asks Netanyahu to 'refrain from a ground offensive' in Lebanon
French President Emmanuel Macron said he spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to refrain from a ground offensive in Lebanon. Macron also said he spoke with Lebanese leaders, stressing the need for Hezbollah to cease its attacks.
