Update (noon): Interstate 90 between Albert Lea and Austin has reopened, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. It did advise there is still some debris on the road.   Original story: Interstate 90 between Albert Lea and Alden is closed because of downed power lines in the roadway, according to the Minnesota of Transportation.
