Traffic is moving again after both lanes of westbound Interstate 70 closed near Dowd Junction around 2 p.m. Wednesday. The entire roadway was blocked due to a vehicle fire, according to an Eagle County Alert. Crews appeared to be working to clear the area of a semi and a spill on the road surface.
