From Tribune staff reports TRUSSVILLE, Ala. — Interstate 59 northbound ramps for Chalkville Mountain Road will reopen this weekend, according to the Alabama Department of Transportation. The ramps were closed on May 18. The closure was necessary due to work on the project to widen I-59 between I-459 and Exit 141.
