I-405 reopens early in Bothell after major corridor upgrades

Both northbound and southbound lanes of I-405 at the SR 522 interchange reopened early Monday morning after a scheduled weekend closure. The northbound side opened at approximately 2 a.m. Monday, roughly two hours ahead of schedule.
