TROY, N.Y. — Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) has been awarded a large grant from the Offshore Wind Training Institute (OWTI) of the New York State Energy Research Development Authority (NYSERDA), for the purpose of increasing the pipeline of wind turbine service technicians.
