WILSON, Okla. (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, two people have been charged with embezzlement in Wilson. Officials say the Wilson Police Department requested the OSBI's help after insurance agents 49-year-old Curtiss Nipp and his wife, 48-year-old Kilby Nipp, were accused of embezzlement.
