Huntsville police are searching for someone who shot a woman Friday as she was running away.WAAY reported that officers arrived at the 5200 block of Galaxy Way Friday night. They found blood in the parking lot before locating the victim at a hospital, where she was being treated for a non-life-threatening injury.

According to HPD, at about 8 p.m., officers were sent to a possible shooting in progress in the 5200 block of Galaxy Way.
