13 hostages, including 6 children, freed by Haitian gang following murder spree
Thirteen hostages — including six children and seven women — have been freed by a Haitian gang following a murderous rampage that left 47 dead and more than 50 others abducted in a once-tranquil farming community outside Port-au-Prince.
In addition to seven women, three babies under the age of 2, one 7-year-old child and two adolescents were released, according to a UNICEF statement.
