Possible human remains found in Colfax

Possible human remains were found Monday outside Colfax, along a remote area off South Palouse River Road. Due to the stage of decomposition the remains were found in, neither the sex nor identity of the remains has been unveiled, according to a post from the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office.
