A 73-year-old Howland man was sentenced to time served after he was found guilty of committing passport fraud. Eric Ericson was convicted Oct. 16 of making false statements on a passport application after a three-day trial in U.S. District Court in Bangor, according to the Maine branch of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office.
