How the Kipod video surveillance system complicates the lives of those convicted of "household chemicals"

Summary by Радыё Свабода
In Minsk and other cities of Belarus, there are more and more video surveillance cameras, some of them with facial recognition. Those sentenced to imprisonment for political reasons are entered into a special database: if they are “caught” by the camera, the information will reach the inspector and worsen the conditions of imprisonment for the convict.
