SGK (Social Security Institution) expert İsa Karakaş evaluated the increase rates to be applied to SSK and Bağ-Kur pensioners, as well as civil servants and civil servant pensioners, in January, in line with year-end inflation forecasts. Calling on citizens considering submitting their retirement applications not to rush, Karakaş stated that there will not be significant loss of rights in the transition to next year, as has been claimed.
Social Security expert Özgür Erdursun stated that pension increases will be 9-9.5% for SSK and Bağ-Kur, and 7-7.5% for civil servants, adding that the premium requirement is important for early retirement and that caution should be exercised regarding overseas debt accrual.
