Even one of the most isolated countries in the world has its own car brand. Pyeonghwa Motors was founded in the DPRK in the late 1990s and was the only company in the country to have the opportunity to advertise not only on billboards, but even on state television. To this day, it is one of the few well-known North Korean car manufacturers, although other products have probably taken their place today.
