Buying an apartment remains the most difficult in Prague, but other regions are getting closer to the capital. According to the analysis of the network of Realtors Remax, the situation is most aggravated in the regions where apartments are the cheapest. The biggest jump occurred in the Ústí nad Labem Region, where people buy a fifth smaller apartment for the same amount than a year ago.
