In June of this year, in as many as 15 provincial capitals, the average price per square meter of apartments offered by developers remained unchanged compared to May. In Warsaw, it was over PLN 18,000, in Gdańsk – PLN 17,500, and in Wrocław – nearly PLN 15,000.
