ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — A woman was killed Saturday after a house caught fire in Altoona. On April 26, sometime after 10 p.m., fire departments were called to the 100 block of East 4th Avenue for a report of a house fire. According to the Blair County Coroner's Office, they were called just after 11 p.m. and asked to respond for an investigation into a death. House Fire In Altoona, Firefighters Injured

Altoona Firefighters were called to the scene of a house fire last night around 10:30 at 105 East 4th Avenue.  Full details are unknown at this time, but we are learning that several firefighters were injured.  The Altoona Fire Inspector is still on the scene.  There are unconfirmed reports that three occupants of the home were removed through an attic window.  Firefighters are still at the scene.  We will update you further as we get more infor…
