QUINCY — A new multi-story hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant is in the works for the former Welcome Inn at 200 Maine, according to Quincy Planning Director Jason Parrott. A notice of a public hearing in regard to securing a special permit for the project could be found in front of the property Thursday. The hearing is scheduled to take place at the next Quincy Plan Commission meeting on July 22 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. …
