Suspect arrested in deadly downtown Phoenix shooting

Police say a man is under arrest following a deadly shooting in downtown Phoenix in late April.

The officers came to a hotel for a shooting in the area of 10400 North Black Canyon Access Road. Upon arrival, they located an adult victim with a gunshot wound, whose identity has not been revealed. Phoenix Fire Department came and confirmed the victim’s death as a result of the shooting. Detectives came to the site to continue the investigation. No suspects are wanted for the time being.
