Hot dogs attract river riders to Beer Can Beach

Floaters and tubers going down the Sacramento River on Friday from the Irvine Finch River Access found a pleasant surprise on Independence Day, when they found a free hot dog stand on Beer Can Beach near Scotty’s Landing.
