HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- The Horry County Planning Commission on Thursday approved two developments to rezone almost 86 acres of land in Little River and about 47 acres of land in Socastee. The commission approved a request to rezone 85.92 acres of land located on Highway 90 and Coates Road in Little River from Commercial Forest Agriculture to multi-residential.
