HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. — On Feb. 19, Clifford Grover Jr., a 19-year-old Hoosick Falls resident, was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident, announced John Hudon Jr., Officer in Charge in the Hoosick Falls Police Department, in a press release.
