Hong Kong’s Metropol Restaurant – one of the few remaining Chinese restaurants in the city that serve dim sum from traditional trolleys – will cease operations in September, after 35 years of service. A Metropol staff member confirmed to HKFP over the phone on Tuesday that September 27 would be the restaurant’s last day.
