Homeowner whose apartment was broken into: "How could the locksmith not exercise discretion?"

The Attorney General's Office has filed an indictment against a Filipino citizen who broke into an apartment in central Tel Aviv. Diana Batalov, the owner of the apartment, is demanding an investigation into the locksmith who replaced the cylinder without checking who owns the apartment: "He helped a foreign woman break into my house - without asking questions."
