ST. LOUIS - This morning in downtown St. Louis, officials recognized Hispanic Heritage Month.  A flag, in honor of the month, was raised over St. Louis City Hall. Throughout the day, students passed through the Russell Union Rotunda, participating in the revelry of Hispanic culture. There was an exploration of food, music, dancing, history, and more.
