Thailand: Ambassador attends annual Royal Ploughing Day ceremony
Under the patronage of King Maha Vajiralongkorn of the Kingdom of Thailand, Issa Abdullah Alalawi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Thailand, attended the annual ceremony marking Royal Ploughing Day and the start of the planting season this morning at Phra Meru Ground, Sanam Luang, with wide participation from members of the diplomatic corps in Bangkok.
His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen attended the Royal Ploughing Ceremony at the Ubosot (main chapel) of Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) at 5:19 PM.
