BANGALORE, INDIA, JUL 15 – Hemant Rupani will take over as CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages following Juan Pablo Rodriguez's internal transfer amid ongoing restructuring in India's largest Coca-Cola bottler.
- The Coca-Cola Company announced that Hemant Rupani will take over as CEO at its Bangalore-based bottling subsidiary, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt., starting September 8, 2025, replacing Juan Pablo Rodriguez.
- After spending nine years at Mondelez International—where he progressed from India sales director to business unit president for Southeast Asia—Hemant Rupani has been appointed CEO of HCCB.
- Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, India’s largest Coca-Cola bottler based in Bengaluru, operates 13 factories serving 236 districts across 12 southern and western states.
- Rupani completed his undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at the engineering college located in Jaipur and earned a master's degree in marketing from the University of Delhi's Faculty of Management Studies.
