Highway 97 partially closed after slide outside Penticton

A landslide just north of Penticton near Sage Mesa Drive has shut down southbound traffic on Highway 97. The Penticton Fire Department is on scene, as well as AIM Roads. Traffic is currently at a standstill at the intersection of Sage Mesa Drive and Highway 97. Some cars were being directed to Sage Mesa Drive as a detour around the slide area.
