The central African country has now confirmed 1,155 cases of infection, the Ministry of Information said in Kinshasa on Thursday evening. The epidemic in the provinces of Ituri, North Kivu and South Kivu is not yet under control. Ituri in northeastern Congo has been particularly affected.
