High speed, impairment suspected in deadly motorcycle crash near Newcastle

CASPER, Wyo. — A Newcastle man died last week in Weston County after his motorcycle crashed at a high rate of speed, sending the bike and rider airborne for over 130 feet, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol. Investigators are looking at excessive speed and possible alcohol impairment as causes of the crash.
