State basketball rankings: Albany boys stay at No. 8 in Class 2A

ALBANY — The Albany boys basketball team stayed at No. 8 in the latest state basketball coaches association Class 2A poll that was released on Monday, Jan. 19. The Huskies (10-2) beat Melrose 59-28 on Jan. 13 and Pierz 80-62 on Jan. 15. Albany is at St. Cloud Cathedral (10-2) for a 7 p.m. Granite Ridge Conference game on Thursday, Jan. 22.
