South Africa: Eskom Warns of 21 Days of Winter Power Cuts

SOUTH AFRICA, JUL 1 – Eskom warns of up to 21 days of stage 2 load-shedding if unplanned outages exceed 15,000MW amid ongoing infrastructure theft and technical issues.
