HIBBING — A man was allegedly caught with more than 100 grams of cocaine and other drugs just six weeks after he was sentenced for a similar crime. Larry Connail Wilkins, 56, of Hibbing, was arraigned Monday in State District Court on charges of first-degree possession of cocaine and fifth-degree possession of psilocybin mushrooms.
