HHS inviting public comment on renewal of Medicaid waiver for medically fragile children

North Dakota Health and Human Services is seeking public comment on the renewal of a waiver for what are known as medically fragile children. These are children who require 24-hour care from a skilled nurse, and need help with basic functions, such as bathing and feeding themselves.
