WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The City of Warwick honored Warwick Police Captain Charles Boisseau on Wednesday after he saved a family from a house fire in Cranston on July 5. Cranston police said Captain Boisseau was on his way home from work when he saw a trash can on fire in front of a home.
