Maine's gubernatorial and congressional primaries are set

A total of 13 Republican and Democratic candidates will compete in their parties' respective primaries for governor. Meanwhile, Democrats will have multiple choices in nominating candidates to challenge Republican Sen. Susan Collins and to run in Maine's 2nd Congressional District this fall.
