In Uzunköprü district of Edirne, gendarmerie teams seized 52 cannabis plants and 1 kilo 310 grams of hashish planted on public land. M.G. (41), who was determined to be watering the cannabis plants, was caught red-handed and legal proceedings were initiated against him for the crimes of manufacturing and trading of narcotic substances and illegal cannabis cultivation.
