A 21-year-old Hemet man was arrested for allegedly shooting into a vehicle, authorities said Saturday. Juan Carlos Zambrano was arrested Thursday in the area of Mountain and Old Mountain avenues, according to Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Perry Willow.
