FROM STAFF REPORTS VINCENT – Longtime Pell City family medicine physician, Dr. Rock Helms, officially opened Helms Health Care, a new, private practice in Vincent on Thursday, March 27 with a grand opening celebration and tour of the newly renovated clinic.
