THE HAGUE (ANP) - Regulatory burden, slow permitting, and the overloaded power grid are putting "a handbrake" on the Dutch economy. "That must be released," said Minister Eelco Heinen (Finance, VVD) when presenting the 2027 Budget Memorandum to the House of Representatives.
