According to the police, officers from the Lev Habira police station arrived on Bar Ilan Street after a report of a suspect breaking into a vehicle - and arrested a minor at the scene. Following the arrest, about 200 rioters gathered, attacked the forces with stones and objects and tried to pull the detainee from the officers' hands.
