From the afternoon of August 18th to the early morning of August 19th, torrential rains battered Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, resulting in three deaths in Dongsheng District and three missing persons in Dalat Banner. As of August 21st, the death toll had risen to five, with one person rescued. Additionally, the search and rescue efforts for a woman in Ejin Horo Banner remain ongoing.
