On Sunday, the Lebanese Ministry of Health confirmed that the Israeli raids on the Nabatiyah area in southern Lebanon today led to the destruction of a hospital.
The hospital destruction has further heightened concerns about the ongoing tensions in southern Lebanon and the security of civilian and medical facilities.

The Israeli army completely destroyed the Gandour Hospital in Nabatiyeh al-Fawqa in southern Lebanon in an airstrike. The Lebanese Ministry of Health stated that targeting health facilities is a violation of international law. It was announced that 17 hospitals in the country have been damaged since March 2nd, with 3 of them out of service.
