Health. the Price of Consultations with Certain Medical Specialists Will Increase as of January 1st.
As foreseen by an agreement signed in 2024 with Health Insurance, as of 1 January, some medical specialists will see the rates for their consultations increase by a few euros.
January 1st will also mark a recast of the packages paid directly by the Health Insurance to general practitioners
Several specialist doctors will see the rates of their consultations increase by a few euros from 1 January. For example, it will be necessary to count 4 euros more for a screening in a dermatologist, up to 5 euros more for paediatricians, bringing the consultation to 50 euros. Some of these tariffs should have already increased to July 1, 2025, but the increase had been postponed.
