Head of OMES Leaves in Wake of Disagreement with Drummond

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt’s office announced the resignation of Rick Rose as State Chief Operating Officer and the director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) on Monday. A short time later, Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond revealed allegations that Rose had withheld his agency’s request for vehicles to be used by agents.
