A city bus driver in Częstochowa has been charged. In June, he allegedly urged a 19-year-old Opel driver to move out of the bus's path, driving directly in front of a freight train. He and his passenger were taken to hospital in serious condition.
The Częstochowa-North District Prosecutor's Office has charged a city bus driver with creating an imminent danger of a road accident and failing to provide aid to the victims of the accident. According to investigators, the 19-year-old Opel driver ran a red light.
