The 25-year-old former history teacher at one of the Oświęcim secondary schools was accused of hideous things. The prosecutor's office believed that he had presented young people with pornographic content in class. The court had a different opinion. In dismissing the case, it ruled that even if the historian had viewed some obscene images, the children had seen them by accident, because "they were standing around and looking over his shoulder". …
The Oświęcim court dismissed the case of the former teacher in the part in which he was responsible for presenting pornography to underage students. It also conditionally dismissed the charge of violating the physical integrity of a student for a two-year probation period. For this, he must pay one thousand złoty in compensation.
