He killed the puppies and kittens by suffocating them in bags with ether: the person in charge of a kennel charged for illegal euthanasia

The former head of the Grand Albigeois community kennel was indicted and placed under judicial supervision on 21 February. The courts accuse him of having unlawfully euthanized puppies and kittens. He is also suspected of moral harassment on at least four employees of the kennel.
