Andrew Manuel Cabeza, 38, of Hawthorne, was arrested yesterday for allegedly threatening to shoot a man after a crash and then following him to a construction site, where he allegedly threatened to shoot people there; Cabeza was reportedly warned about a week ago that he could go to jail for threatening to shoot other drivers.
